A new webinar series is coming via the Product Stewardship Society in February 2023!

The Introduction to Product Stewardship webinar series focuses on the core tenets of product stewardship, such as product compliance, risk management, sustainability, and toxicology. This comprehensive overview is ideal for new product stewards, professionals looking to refresh their knowledge, or managers seeking training for new staff.

Advancing the practice of product stewardship by supporting practitioners with relevant and timely training is one of the main objectives of the Society’s current strategic plan.

“It’s our priority to support professionals at all levels of their career,” explains Adam Seery, CAE, Director of the Product Stewardship Society. “We plan to expand this series into an online course in the near future. Ideally, we can provide the background new product stewards need so that companies can focus their onboarding to be specific to their organization instead of covering the basics.”

Five different webinars are being offered between February 14 and 23 led by industry experts within their respective areas, including several Certified Professional Product Stewards®. Their presentations will be supplemented by demonstrations, activities, quizzes, live polling, and Q&A opportunities.
